Qira County is situated at the ecology frail area in south of the Taklimakan desert. The typical eco-environment questions have become the important limiting factor of the local development. The reasonable and feasible land sustainable use way is urgently needed. Established the land use patterns to protect and improve the eco-environment, save and use the land in the sustainable way. That means to establish the environment-friendly land use pattern.First of all, this article studies the present situation of the land use and dynamic change in the several dozens years and the driving influence in Qira County. And carries on the analysis to its ecology characteristic, then analysis exterior efficiency which caused by the land utilization. In the view of requirement of ecology and environment, based on the water and heat balance, a mathematical model was set up for the suitable oasis size.Analyzed the major effect factor of land question in Qira County and consider the present land use situation foundation. Based on the different rules of nature, economical, and social conditions of the land use, we selected the correlated index. According to the relative uniform principle of the land use direction, the land use policy, land use measure to carry on the district to Qira County. In order to construct the environment friendly land use pattern corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion would be proposed. Such as: maintaining the suitable oasis areas, developing the agricultural science and technology revolution positively; enhancing the function of land ecosystem service; enhancing the stability of the environment in the oasis, and completing the work of land use control and so on.
