| Along with the development of society productivity, the land use structure and layout tend to be complicated. In certain areas, to reach optimum goals of sure ecological, economy and social benefit of land use system, studying the land use structure optimization and realizing sustainable use of the land resources become an urgent subject that to be solved in land science, especially in the science of land use. To probe into rational collocation of land use structure at space and time, we must seek help from the systematical optimization method. In the course of planning, the systematical optimization method is quantitative analysis course in which the mathematics model was taken as main means actually. The development of discipline of modern land use and plan trend to applying the model optimization method largely among plan means at present.Optimization of land use structure and layout are the front and hot issues of a new round of its overall plan and revision. From the angle of system theory, the paper designed the system of land use Structure optimization model which guided by research on the first protection of farmland, research on control of urban land utilization, research on multi-objective coordination, research on the region differentiation, location theory, thoughts on Sustainable development and so on; studied land use quantity structure, the spatial structure and the space and time dynamic structure which applied a series of index and the qualitative method; construct the multi-objective model in order to the land use the optimal structure, which based on ecological green equivalent; researched on the land use area division which adopted the cluster analysis and the GIS space analysis. Finally, the paper made a demonstration research which took lulong county as a the research area. It mainly drawn following conclusion:(1)Basing on the discussion in related concept and basic theory about the optimization of the land use structure and the layout, it constructed analysis, diagnosis, optimized model group by using system theory, named land use optimization model system, including land use present situation analysis module, land use question diagnosis module, land use structure optimization module and land use district module. It provided the scientific, feasible tool and the method for the land use structure and the layout optimization.(2)Using Index of Gibbs-MaRin, Lorentz Curve, Weaver-Tomas consistency factor method, Splitting index, Fractal dimension index, Interspersion and juxtaposion index, Dynamic degree of land use and so on, it analyzed deeply land use quantity structure, the spatial structure and the space and time dynamic structure. The analysis indicated unduly high proportion of farmland and unused land, unduly low proportion of woodland, dispersion of construction land especially industrial land, the lower utilization of land, unreasonable land use structure.(3)According to "The 11th-five-year Plan" of National Economy and Social Development and the design process of land use structure optimization model, the paper had designed two objective functions --economy and ecology, 13 decision variables and 17 constrained conditions, established multi-objective Linear Programming models of Lulong. In the process of establishing the objective function of ecological benefit, it can make the model scientific and rational by introducing green equivalent. The structure of land use which had been optimized will bring economic income about 74.34 hundred millions, which is 1.15 times more than that of 2003. Ecological Environment is obviously improved; the result can be equal to the ecology benefit when the forest cover percentage is up to 48％.(4)Taking lulong county as an example the paper have applied cluster analysis, used spatial analysis in GIS to amend, adjusted with practice appropriately and determined 6 land use regions. By analyzing characteristics of each region, it can get the land use reasonable direction to improve the land use rate and sustainability. |
