Study On Optimization Model Of Regional Land Use

Land resource is the important basic that mankind depend on subsistence and development. Along with the economic development, population increase and industrial structural upgrade, It forms a pair of contradictory between the limitedness of land and the demand for land, and this contradiction stick out increasingly , the ecological effect of land weakens increasingly. The scarcity and unreasonable use of land resource seriously restrict the development of economy and productivity . It is the problem need to be resolved urgently that how to make good use of the limited land resource and carry out sustainable development.As a the relatively independent and openness use system and a important component of social, the system of county(city) land use is the a connecting link between the preceding and the following of regional land utilization , is also the combination point of our country land use system in macroscopic management of and microcosmic utilization . The author takes Fukang city as research district which lies in the central section of Xinjiang and it's ecological environmental is very fragile. This paper analyses the regional background from the aspect of nature and social, analyses the land uses present situation from the aspect structure, use level and benefit of land use, then analyses the change of land using quantity and level, researches the drive mechanism of changes, induces the characteristic of land use, finds the problems . On the ground of this, the author founds the space optimization model of land use by mathematics method, carries out clustering analysis on the villages and towns of research district with SPSS software, plots out land use zone, makes out land use control measure of each zone, points out the direction of sustainable land use zoning. With grey linear programming method, the author establishes the restraint term, analyses the Fukang city land resource demand situation which adapts economy and social development, establishes structural optimization model, carries out demand forecast of land resource . The author analyses the land use zoning feasibility from the aspects such as land potential,balance of water and soil ,sunny and hot resource , foundational facility situation , economy and social development,and so on.Through land use optimization adjustment of Fukang city, it helps to develop the comparison advantage of each area, strengthens the cooperation relation between each district, adjust land use structure reasonably.One hand, it meet the demand of coordinative development of area, industry, economic and population. On the other hand, it has some theoretic and practical meaning for realizing area sustainable development.
