The Contrast Research Of Governmental Coordination Mechanism

With the development of urbanization, a metropolitan region becomes an important form of regional economic activity. The metropolitan regions in China are still in the primary stage, so the governmental coordination has its importance.This thesis is divided three parts including six chapters to analyze these governmental coordination mechanisms which adapt to the development of the metropolitan regions in China:by analysing the necessarian of establishment of governmental coordination mechanism for the development of metropolitan regions, showing the basic knowledge of governmental coordination, we can understand the impotence of governmental coordination dans le development of metropolitan regions;we discuss the success of the governmental coordination mechanism in USA, France et Japan. The more important job is to abstract the advantages and disadvantages among them. Because these experiences are importante to the construction of metropolitan regions in Chine;in China, metropolitan regions in Yangtze River delta and metropolitan regions in Pearl River delta has established governmental coordination mechanism respectively. With the contrast, we can see their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the apocalypses which is good for establishment of governmental coordination mechanism.We create two models which are scientific, applied and are fit for metropolitan regions in Chine. At the end, we utilize these two models for theestablishment of the metropolitan region of Chengdu.
