As the reform moves ahead in twenty years, the enterprises in our country has been undergoing a rapid development, especially the small enterprises, and has further become one of the major forces that initiates our economy's fast and healthy growth. But along with the deep-rooted economy globalization and our county entry into the WTO, the competition environment for the enterprise is under a great change, gradually expanding from the local, national sphere to the global ones. The enterprises are facing competition not only from local ones, but also from more and more multinational competitions. It's an urgent issue by economic theories, management theories and the industrial circles, that we should enhance the enterprises' management and strengthen its ability of sustainable growing-up. Our enterprises should examine the weakness in their resources and abilities, carry on resources allocation in the effective way, and build up its core competence and the self-initiative development motivation.The text takes the enterprise as a research object, making use of strategic management theory, resource and competence related theories, adopting the case study, systematic analytical method and competence analysis method to exploring the source of company's competitive advantage. First, it has smoothed different theories of company's competitive advantage, and set up a new integration model, while it has analyzed the source of competitive advantage by the new model; Second, it has made a quest of system and analysis for the source of competitive advantage according to the integration model, and combined the integration model and the market environment together to analyzing the choosing of enterprise's strategy and utilizing advantage resource in different market environment; third, contacting to practice to analyze the enterprises' problem because of being lake of competitive advantage and providing some methods to explore and establish competitive advantage. Last, the author combines the model with practice through model and tries to provide a thinking path through smoothing the competitive advantage theories.
