This text put forward the research topic of two line model management of human resource based on Laozi's thought revolutionary, though drawing the management intelligence from the Chinese traditional culture, taking Laozi's human nature and his yin and yang dialectical view for the theories basis.The so-called two line model says managing human resources of our country business from the two line of yin and yang. The yin line is the inset management which is disappear, can idea and comprehend, but can't remember clearly, Through the power of internality, exerting influence on the employee imperceptibly so that them have the aware of self behavior; But the yang line is the formality management which is concrete and explicit, can presentable, rule and control, though binding force outside, making the employee' s behavior follow correct path. Putting these two lines together organically, business attains whole harmony in order to make a healthy and stable development.This text analyze the research topic pf management of two line model from four, which are the tangible and the invisible, the flexible and the rigid, the vigour and the situation, and the affective and the statutory. Elaborating the core of harmony and change about this topic.At last, On this foundation, This text put forward up the management content and setting up the examination model.
