Diversification Strategy Of Chindex

This thesis is mainly about the analysis of Chindex's related diversification strategy. As the thesis reports, the main reason that CHINDEX can succeed is based on that its diversification strategy is launched around its positioning and core competency. On the other hand, combining the economic development situation, the thesis has discussed the diversification strategy of Chinese company. The thesis also gives Chinese company some suggestions to solve the diversification problems. At the end, according to the actual situation of our country, the author suggests that Chinese local companies could choose related diversification strategy combined with core competency to diversify their businesses.
