Conformity Research On Performance Evaluation In China

On the base of the analysis of the concepts and goals of the performance evaluation system , this paper expatiates on the history of the performance evaluation system, the status quo of the relevant research, and the evaluation methods that are currently used inside and outside of China. From the above presentation about performance evaluation system, from the theory and research results, combining with the status quo of performance evaluation in Chinese enterprises, the paper discusses on the following problems in-depth exposition:Firstly, this paper makes an explanation of the concept of the performance evaluation and then makes a comparison, which makes the concepts clearer;Secondly, this paper introduces the historical origin of performance evaluation the theoretical basis for performance evaluation and the development of it, which provides a theoretical basis and historical roots for China to establish its own performance evaluation system;Thirdly, this paper makes an analysis of the Performance Evaluation EVA, ABC, BSC and KPI evaluation methods, including the advantages and disadvantages, it can not only help people to use these evaluation methods, but also help us learn from experience, to establish a more suitable evaluation system;Fourthly, based on the above analysis, this paper makes an integration of the various theories and finally puts forward its own opinion and the views about the establishment of a system.
