For tens of years, the economy of china develops with a high speed, especially in industry. With the ability of produce promoting, there are more and more commodities in market. And some indications can tell that the low level of development of logistic in china becomes the big barrier to the development of economy. The situation of Chinese logistic companies are not satisfying. They are always small in scale, few in resources, weak in abilities and separated in net of sale channels. Their marketing ideas are old and the companies always neglect strategic status of marketing. How could the Chinese logistic companies develop? What can we do with the threaten of global competitions? Are there any management ways and marketing modes suitable for Chinese logistic companies? So, what I am going to do is to find out proper answers to these questions upon during my study.My study is composed of 9 chapters. In the first one, I will introduce the thought, content, method and frame of my study. In the second chapter, I will introduce the theory of strategic management and strategic marketing. In the third chapter, I will introduce the concept of strategic marketing and the mode of strategic marketing for Chinese companies. In the fourth chapter, I will introduce the significance of establishing the mode of strategic marketing for Chinese logistic companies. In the fifth chapter, I will introduce the development and using of strategic marketing by overseas logistic companies. In the sixth chapter, I will introduce the development and using of strategic marketing by domestic logistic companies. In the seventh chapter, I will analyze the environment of Chinese logistic companies and the conditions of establishing the mode of strategic marketing. In the eighth chapter, I will establish a mode of strategic marketing for Chinese logistic companies. In the last chapter, I will take an example of using mode of strategic marketing in china.During my whole study, I have used many tools such as game-theory models , SWOT matrix case studies and so on..
