A Study Base On Internal Control Focuses On Spare Parts Management Of IT Maintenance Industry

How healthy and stable internal control secure enterprise production and management, reduce operational risk, optimize the management process has been an important guiding ideology of enterprise management.In April 2010, the article named "Guidelines on Internal Control Supporting" jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Audit Commission, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and China Insurance Regulatory Commission and the article named "basic internal control specification" released earlier indicated China internal control management exploration developing towards a new milestone. Moreover, the standardized internal control system of China, which the combined the actual situation of China and developed countries' advanced management experience in internal control standard system was basically established.This essay is based on internal control and management theory and existing theories in the spare parts management research results, combined with actual operation practice of Lenovo which is the representative of China's domestic computer repair service. The main target is to analyze how to improve maintenance service response levels, reduce service time, increase the importance of customer satisfaction in IT maintenance industry. Try to find out how to setup scientific spare parts inventory budget, monitor the budget through regular monthly forecast, to avoid inventory financial risk. In additions, point out other factor that impact spare parts demand such as product life cycle and so on. For vendor managed inventory (VMI) of this relatively new mode of integrated inventory management, this essay try to explore the importance of VMI in spare parts inventory optimization. For the widely distributed service stations of PC maintenance industry, try to improve spare parts flow speed and to improve service level finally. This essay also introduce some reference monitoring indicator. Finally, the essay focuses on the "information and communication" in the real meaning of service parts management and point some suggestion to Lenovo's technology information setup process.Compared with domestic manufacturing industry, the development time of IT maintenance industry is relatively short, so the spare parts management research of IT maintenance industry is also relatively on the production of spare parts management depth.
