Research On Multi-objective Optimization Of Land Use Structure Based On Resources Value

Land resources is the basic resources for the survival of human society. Optimizing the land use structure effectively and allocating land resource reasonably are the important actions to achieve sustainable economic and social development.As the scarce resources ,land resources is indispensable to the survival of mankind and have the value with rich content.However, the incomplete awareness of the public even government to the value of resources currently lead to some phenomena such as distorting resources price,emphasizing the economic value but neglecting the ecological value oppositely. Therefore,the dissertation establishes the objective function of land use structure based on the achievement of accounting land resources value,contact the land resources value and the land use structure and discusses the contents of land resources value in order to establish the optimizing model of land use structure and realize the harmony of sources,environment,economy and society.Firstly,the dissertation expounds the connotation and methods of land resources value,and reviews systematically the theories of resources value,land location and sustainable,which are the foundation for account the resources value and establishment of the optimizing model of land use structure.Secondly,the dissertation summarizes the theory of multi-objective plan, establishes the optimizing model of land use structure by coupling the achievement of accounting land resources value and multi-objective plan,and solutes the model by using great ideal-point,Finally,the dissertation selects Chongzuo City with the typical subtropical karst ecological vulnerability characteristics as an example to conduct analysis based on the theories and methods above.The conclusions are put forward as follows:(1) The land use status of Chongzuo City:the land use layout is scattered and the level of agglomeration is lower;the trend of reduction of cultivated land is faster;there is pressure between provision and demand of construction land;the reserved land resources are exile.(2)The unit area value of construction land is higher than agricultural land;the unit area value of urban village and mining land is highest of all land types;but the ecological value of urban village and mining land is lower than agricultural land such as forest land or cultivated land.(3)The referral program by select can realize the harmony of economic value, ecological value and social value,and achieve the pareto of social welfare.The dissertation discusses the model of land use structure optimization based on resources value.It can improve the land use planning system, which has the rich methodology. The study provides a reference for the land use on other fragile habitats , which has the important meaning for the value return of land resources, improvement of green GDP and maintaining ecological environment, promoting the regional sustainable development.
