Based on the method of management experiments, this paper contains five parts:( Analyzes the learning mechanism contrastively based on the theories of cross-cultui management, remote working and team learning; (2) Combined with existing theories a models, the paper analyzes factors that affect team learning performance Sino-Norwegian teleworking team, and proposes nine hypotheses reflecting t relationship of the variables and establishes the corresponding theoretical model; ( Designs management experiments and questionnaires according experiment hypotheses gather experimental data; (4) According to statistical analysis of experimental data, t paper proves the assumptions and model; (5) Based on research results, the paper mak some constructive suggestions to improve learning performance of Sino-Norwegi teleworking team from the three perspectives:promoting cultural resources integratic enhancing remote advantage and exciting innovation atmosphereThis paper is divided into two parts:theoretical research and experiment.In theoretical research, the paper firstly summarizes the theories of cross-cultui teams, remote working and team learning. At the same time, introduces the definition a research status of management experiment; then, describes the overview of Bi-cultu Teleworking team in detail and analyses the learning mechanism contrastively; final analyzes factors affecting team learning performance of Sino-Norwegian teleworking tea and defines related concept. What's more, proposes experiment hypotheses and establish the theoretical model.In experiment part, the paper firstly designs experiment tasks and develops test syste based on the assumptions and the theoretical model; secondly, carries out experiment collect experimental data; then, reliability, validity analysis and correlation analys regression analysis are used in the experimental data by SPSS to prove the assumptions a model; and finally, makes some suggestions to improve learning performance Sino-Norwegian teleworking teamThe innovations of the research are listed as bellow:(1) comparatively analyzes t learning mechanisms of Bi-Culture teleworking teams from the angles of cross-culture and teleworking; (2) proposes the influence factor model on learning performance of Sino-Norwegian teleworking team; (3) proves the assumptions and model by the method of management experiment and questionnaires; (4) makes some suggestions to improve team learning performance effectivelyThe research of this paper has theoretical significance and practical value on both the development of management experiments and the promotion of bi-cultural teleworking team.
