Research On ERP Ⅱ-based Performance Evaluation System Of Supply Chain Collaborative Management

As information technology and economic globalization rapid development,It has greatly changed the company's organizational form and competitive situations.the competition between the enterprises has beyond the scope of the enterprise, and extending to the supply chain.based on "collaborative commerce" concept's ERPⅡsystem, because of it's great capacity of integration with information, knowledge sharing and data standardization of procedures, making the enterprise and supply chain partners to collaborate in the implementation of business processes and information Sharing, and thus improve the supply chain performance of the enterprise.in order to build competitive advantage and obtain greater performance, a large number of enterprises use information technology ERPⅡsystem to strengthen collaborative management between the partners of their supply chain. Since ERPⅡplays an increasingly important role in the supply chain performance and, therefore, an urgent need to establish a complete enterprise ERPⅡ-based collaborative supply chain management performance evaluation system to assess the overall operation of the supply chain and enhance their competitiveness.In this paper, based on supply chain collaborative management and performance evaluation of existing researches, systematic analysis the ERPⅡsystem function module and the ERPⅡto enterprise's supply-chain collaboration management performance impact, based on BSC Balanced Scorecard, from ERPⅡcollaboration capabilities, business processes collaboration, learning and growth, customer service, supply chain finance construction of five levels design of the corresponding evaluation index system of ERPⅡ-based Collaborative Supply Chain Management Performance Evaluation System. Finally, through case studies,Based on S Group ERPⅡapplications to information shareing and knowledge generated lead to product development,procurement,production,inventory distribution effect and organizational structure with strong features,combined with expert scoring method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of S Group, and ERPⅡ-based Supply Chain collaborative management performance evaluation system were evaluated.Evaluation showed that, ERPⅡinteroperability in the S Group's Supply Chain Management plays a fundamental role in driving and effective business processes,learning and growth,customer service,supply chain and the role of the financial, the case also proved that, based on the ERPⅡcollaborative management of supply chain performance evaluation helps S Group improve the performance of supply chain management and strengthend management.
