The rapid development of e-commerce in the Internet era has led to the rapid development of e-commerce logistics.In recent years,the service ability and service level of e-commerce logistics in China has been improved significantly.The supply chain of e-commerce logistics service,composed of multi link and multi logistics service providers,presents the characteristics of cooperative operation.The study of logistics service supply chain(hereinafter referred to as the supply chain of e-commerce logistics service)under the e-commerce environment is of great significance to improve the operational efficiency of e-commerce logistics service and meet the consumer's fast logistics demand.This paper focuses on the collaboration of e-commerce logistics service supply chain,and studies the two dimensions of collaborative operation mechanism and business co allocation.The following is as follows:First of all,we study the composition and synergy power of the logistics supply chain system of e-commerce.This paper analyzes the development mode of e-commerce logistics,expounds the meaning and composition of the supply chain of e-commerce logistics service,analyzes the impetus of the synergy formation of the supply chain of e-commerce logistics service,and lays the foundation for the analysis of cooperative mechanism and the research of business distribution below.Secondly,the collaborative operation mechanism of e-commerce logistics service supply chain is studied.Using the synergetic method,the order parameters of the supply chain system of e-commerce logistics service are analyzed.According to the running characteristics of the logistics service system under the ecommerce environment,a collaborative model of the supply chain of e-commerce logistics service is established based on the information sharing perspective.The simulation analysis of the model operation is carried out by using NetLogo software,and the supply of e-commerce logistics service is supplied.The chain needs to form synergy,and the node has greater stability to resist the interference of the market change.The degree of information sharing in the chain determines the degree of synergy,the degree of information sharing has two sides.The simulation analysis also obtains the coefficient K of the cooperative critical state,and finds that the degree of information sharing and the degree of synergy are linear.Department.Thirdly,based on the collaborative model,the collaborative distribution of e-commerce logistics service supply chain is studied.In view of the logistics service order distribution scene in the cooperative logistics service supply chain,based on the satisfaction calculation formula of the cooperative model,the business distribution optimization model of the supply chain of e-commerce logistics service is constructed,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the correctness of the model and algorithm is verified by the calculation example,and three kinds of decision-making are made.Based on the analysis of the business order allocation scheme under the type of solution,the following conclusions are drawn:in the decision type of service efficiency preference,logistics service integrators are more inclined to assign service orders to more important logistics service providers for service supply chain to ensure service efficiency;under the type of service cost preference type decision making type Logistics service integrators are more inclined to assign service orders to the logistics service providers with less cost and less operating costs to reduce service costs.Under the type of interest preference decision making of the service supply chain,the logistics service integrators are more inclined to require the logistics service providers to use more service capabilities in the distribution of orders.In the supply chain,the total penalty cost of the supply chain of e-commerce logistics service is reduced,and the information sharing degree and coordination degree of the e-commerce logistics service supply chain are higher than other decisions under this decision.Finally,we summarize the full text and point out the next step to be studied.
