The development of logistics is being faced more and more challenge because of customer demand personalizing and market momently changing. Enterprises choose logistics outsourced to develop their core competitiveness. The third party logistics (3PL) come into being. However, many problems such as scattered logistics resource, week logistics integration ability and low logistics informationization lever exist in 3 PL of our country presently. Building 3 PL network in order to achieve the integration and sharing of logistics resources is an effective way to develop 3PL. The thesis explores "ways" to achieve 3PL logistics network basing on economics, management, marketing, and other theory, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, theoretical research and case studies, and then complete the quantitative analysis about the efficiency of logistics network. The thesis firstly describes the status of 3PL of our country, and then discusses the motivations of developing 3PL network from two aspects of internal and external. At the same time, the thesis gives the advantages of 3PL network. After that, the thesis does a SWOT analysis basing on the types of 3PLs, according to which four methods of 3PL resources integration are brought out. Basing on these resource integration methods, the thesis analyses specific ways of building 3PL network with the direction of "from point to line, from lint to plane", on the basis of logistics network theory. At last, the thesis analyses the efficiency of the ways of 3PL network from two aspects, the degree and the effect of 3PL resource integration, as well as the evaluation criterion given. There are 17 figures,4 tables and 70 references in this thesis.
