Research On The Eco-economical Regionalization Of Inland Arid Region In Xinjiang

Regional development has been focused by scholars. How to guide modern regional economy, society, environment and other factors to promote the coordinated development becomes a necessity of regional virtuous circle. Eco-economical regionalization in the study area based on ecological and economic links between the various elements of the state space ,clear the problems of the region in economic development and ecological characteristics; according to geographical variation, ecological economics, sustainable development theory, etc. divided geographical units include the elements of Economic and ecological. Then discussed the status and role of eco-economic zone in the study area, to clarify the direction and suggestions,so as to achieve regional sustainable development.Bayangol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture has a strategic position since ancient times in national construction and development pattern, because of its rich natural resources and unique geographic location, This paper, Bayangol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture as the research object, investigates from the cropland, water, vegetation cover and other state of the ecosystem and the population size, education, medical, industrial structure, socio-economic development situation, with fifteen years old numbers(from 1993 to 2007), using the combined method of principal component analysis and clustering analysis to establish eco-economical regionalization model using the county as the basic unit ;Then divide Bavaria into four eco-economical zone. Part one includes the Korla, has high level of industrialization, but there are water pollution and other environmental issues; Second part includes Yuli, this district is the area of desertification and control priorities; Third area includes Hejing, Heshuo, Bohu, Qiemo, this area has a high degree of agriculture, but has the lower level of the third industries; Forth districts, including Luntai, Yanqi, Ruoqiang, has a higher level of agricultural, but three industry lags behind.Finally, proposing the corresponding direction of development and environmental protection suggestion for each of the characteristics of eco-economical region, to provide the scientific basis for promoting the formation of sustainable development pattern of Bayangol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture.
