Northwest Inland Port Hierarchical Layout Research In China

President Xi Jinping advanced strategic idea of Silk Road Economic Belt in central Asia, which is deep recognition on geopolitics and economy. Due to the fact that North east region locates at inland, it has less inconvenient transportation and its five provinces owns less developed economy. According to the statistics, the GDP of north east region is lower than that of other region. Silk Road Economic Belt can be adopted to advance economy and develop GDP.Construction of inland port can enlarge the economic hinterland of coastal ports, increase the throughput home port, improve the supply chain function, it also can realize the win-win situation between inland cities, ports, transportation enterprises and so on. Relative to the coastal areas in northwest China, its transport network coverage is small, this increases the difficulty of the northwest region as a whole, unified global planning. From the perspective of the long-term development in northwest China, according to international experience in using modern green logistics concept of northwest inland port location for scientific planning and site selection is the way of development of inland port.Therefore, reasonable location can less cost of cargo transportation and plays a positive role in economic development. So finding out a perfect way of location is very helpful for development or north east region.First of all, this study introduces the location of the land port and its related theory on the study of domestic and foreign inland port location and related research achievements of green inland port. Then, Analysis of the development of the northwest inland port and its prospects Under the background of the silk road economic belt, points out that the northwest should hold good silk road economic belt development opportunities. By analyzing the influence factors of inland port location such as regional economy, natural environment, as well as the transportation infrastructure, etc, provide the theory basis for example analysis of alternative inland port. And through the internal land port location theory and the corresponding some location method in this paper, from the level of inland port construction cost and transportation cost, environmental economic benefit, the perspective of customer satisfaction establish inland port location selection model based on the concept of green logistics, combine it with potential model to establish suitable for northwest inland port location model. Finally, using the genetic algorithm for instance, and show that multi-objective programming model is feasible, and put forward the construction of the northwest inland port of the relevant opinions and the article made a summary and outlook.
