Evaluation Studies On Industrial Layout Of Logistics Parks Based Industrials Clusters

ABSTRACT:As the important infrastructure and logistics key nodes of city, logistics park plays the more and more role, and it decides that logistics industry could fully exert the promoting function of national economic development. Now the industrial cluster of logistics park is widespread economic phenomenon. Whether maximum use of the gathering effect of industrial cluster, it has largely relationship with the industry layout in the logistics park. To optimize the industrial layout of logistics park, it is necessary to evaluate the industrial layout scientifically and reasonably; to identify some weak links, to take corresponding measures to improve it. Therefore, it is particularly important to research performance evaluation in the industrial layout of logistics park based on the industrial clusters.Based on the analysis on the characteristics of industrial cluster and impact factors of industrial layout in logistics park, a set of evaluation index system is constructed, aiming at the specificity and complexity of logistics park's industrial layout. Secondly, based on the applicability analysis on Analytic Network Process, the non-independent network relationship between the various indicators in performance evaluation system is examined, the industry layout of logistics park evaluation indexes network structure established, and a partial and overall weight determined through the Super Decision software. Then, based on the expert scoring, calculate single factor evaluation and multi-actor evaluation and get the final evaluation results through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, by importing the simulation example to verify the industry layout evaluation index system of logistics park and the ANP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method industry layout of logistics park the evaluation index system and the ANP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And the data prove the study be feasible and meaningful.
