The Development Potential And Countermeasures Of Low-carbon Economy Of Our Country

The environmental pollution has become the most concern problem in the world today, energy conservation has become a popular concept, and even become a value, which results in a realistic action and impact. As a rapid developed and a responsible big country, China has made a positive contribution for the global carbon emissions within our reach. This article describes a low-carbon economy, low carbon city, low-carbon society and some of the basic theoretical knowledge, aimed to raise people's awareness for the low-carbon economy. I integrate various advanced theories of the premise, make from a new perspective of the potential for the development of low-carbon economy and programs.What this article studies are as follows:First, this article introduce the background and the significance of the low-carbon economy, introduce the literature review of domestic and international research on low-carbon economy, exposite of the relevant and theoretical knowledges systematically.Secondly, this article introduce the concept of low-carbon economy and energy technology system, the low-carbon city, the concept of low-carbon society, the ways of how to develope of the low carbon city and the low-carbon society.Third, this article study and analyze the potential of the implementation of low-carbon economy from energy-saving industrial technology, energy saving and energy-saving point of view of traffic travel.Finally, take the development of Jinan for an example, this article study the ways of how to develope the low-carbon city.
