Research On Competitive Intelligence Resources Sharing Between France And China

In the market economy, the intelligence agencies must accelerate the information resources sharing and the construction, excavate fully the economic value of the information resources, thus keep the power of the organization survival and development, and causes the competition information to realize the internationalization to become the industrial competitive intelligence and the enterprise competitive intelligence development necessity.At present , various enterprises in our country facing domestic colleague's competition and Multinational corporation's extrusion, and catching development opportunity in the intense market competition, wining initiative of the development, promoting traditional industry , strength superiority enterprise ,swelling superiority industry, the competitive intelligence function highlights. It must realize the global economization when the enterprise development to economical scale and level, and the research of competitive intelligence of the international cooperation is that promoting our country enterprise development,promoting foreign international science technology exchange and trade, achieving the new way of the promotion enterprise core competitiveness.Based on the comparative analysis of domestic and international competitive intelligence research to find out the similarities and differences, competitive intelligence is intended to explain the importance and necessity of international cooperation. By the case of studying practical applications about HNCI Center and FFIC,the two bodies for cooperation and sharing competitive intelligence resources,I provide the real basis for other cooperation. And through the competitive intelligence resource sharing for future prospects, we expect to put competitive intelligence cooperative research into a deeper area.The purpose of writing this paper is to explore the intelligence cooperation between China and other counties, by studying a set of co-operation with international practice competitive intelligence system, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Hope this thesis can start a discussion in theory and practice serving to strengthen competitive intelligence cooperation and promoting harmonious social development.
