In recent years,with the enhancement of environmental consciousness,resources recycling and customer service philosophy, modern society lays more and more emphasis on the sustainable development of reverse logistics. Many overseas renowned companies such as Wal-Mart and Benchmark Brands have implemented reverse logistics management progressively and consequently got some success. We can say reverse logistics has become the indispensable component of the modern enterprise logistics strategy even the enterprise strategies. The resulting loss of returned goods,overproduction,defective products,the waster and scrap is increasing at an incredible rate every year in our country, meanwhile many packaging enterprises still are not cast off extensive management mode with high investment,high consumption,high polluting and low output. The recycling rates of packages are very low. Both enterprises and the society urgently need to adopt a scientific and complete reverse logistics management model of the recycled packages, which is appropriate to its own characteristics, so as to provide a feasible and effective way of sustainable development. Therefore, the research of reverse logistics network of the recycled packages is one means to solve these problems.Resources and environment are the choke points to restrict the development of China. Thus, the implementation of reverse logistics network of the recycled packages has brighter prospects. Currently the construction of reverse logistics network of the recycled packages and the reverse logistics management are still in the initial stage. Though the industry has undertaken active exploration to the reverse logistics network of the recycled packages, the effect is ambiguous so far. Hence, further study of this project is very essential. On the basis of retrieval of papers on the reverse logistics network of the recycled packages,especially aimed at its deficiencies ,the main work network of the recycled packages,especially aimed at its deficiencies ,the main work of this paper included some aspects as follows:(1) Through analysis of present situation of reverse logistics network planning and partner selection of reverse logistics, the existing insufficiencies on both points are indicated and we are clear about the object and the method of research.(2) Presents the reverse logistics mode of the recycled packages and the significances of the implementation of reverse logistics network. This paper briefly describes the definition and characteristics of reverse logistics by third-party providers. Related conceptions of reverse logistics network are also introduced and analyzed.(3) One of the goals described in this paper is to choose and evaluate the third-party providers for reverse logistics of the recycled packages. By applying the hierarchical analysis method, the paper analyzes the factors which affect the choice of the third-party providers for reverse logistics of the recycled packages. An evaluation index system is set up based on the summary of the previous statement, which could reflect the green environment management by third-party providers. The paper uses the G1 method to calculate subjective weights and decides the objective weight by using the method of entropy right, and then subjective weight and objective weight are integrated into final comprehensive weight. The effectiveness will be proved by examples.(4) Another goal is about the design of reverse logistics network of the recycled packages. At first, this paper put forward problems remained to be solved in the design of reverse logistics network structure and the influential factors. After analyzing the logistics process of recycling trays by leasing and taking the uncertain demands of trays into account, the paper develops a stochastic programming mode of the design of reverse logistics network of the recycled trays and solves it with Genetic Algorithm.
