With the development of world economy, environment and natural resources are badly destroyed. Apart form this, economy globalization also leads to severer competition for the enterprises. The implementation of reverse logistics could save costs and protect the environment from being polluted. If being included into the business strategies,it can improve the competitive ability for the company. Especially, as China is aiming to construct a economical society, reverse logistics deserves more research and implementation. This paper firstly explains the importance of reverse logistics for Chinese manufacture enterprises. And then comes up with two urgent problems for its implementation, i. e. the mode selection and network construction. The next chapters are mainly dedicated to these two problems. In the chapter for mode selection, the paper studies the factors affecting the mode selection. Also, it gives the compare and analysis for three typical modes. Based on the above work, this paper puts forward the evaluation target system for mode selection, afterward, AHP method is adopted for the model solution. In the third section, mode selection for specific business operation is also discussed. In the chapter for network construction, the paper classifies the networks of reverse logistics by different types of recycled items and their different reuse purposes. Then studies the network design related problems. At last this paper studies the construction of reproducing network, sets up the network construction model for Chinese manufacture enterprises, using the mixed integer planning. A case study is then applied to a PC manufacturer to testify the applicability of the model.
