FUDA's Credit Management System Researching

With the rapid development of Chinese Socialist Market Economy, and the accelerating process of Chinese internationalization, the credit has become the identity cards of the global enterprises in the international market. In order to reduce the risk of credit transactions, and tap high-value customers, improve resource allocation efficiency, it becomes a contemporary business management activity to establish and improve enterprise credit management system. And it is very important and urgent.This paper introduces the theory of credit management, and describes the credit business policies, organizational structure, management processes and performance evaluation, and so on. And then, the theory connects to practice, uses case study methods, analyses FUDA's credit management system, which includes:Firstly, to introduce the FUDA original credit management system, to analyze the problems in the old system, and to evaluate the performance.Secondly, to connect to the credit management theory, to analyze the credit management policies, the organizational structure, and the credit management processes, to describe the FUDA's improved credit management system, and to compare the performances before and after the improvement. The conclusions can be a valuable reference to the enterprises that are going to establish effective credit management system, and reduce the credit risk.
