In recent years, property management develops swiftly and violently, following with some problems. These problems are mainly about the Owner's dissatisfaction. They are not satisfied with the service that is provided by the property company. So the property disputes sometimes occur. Therefore, Establishing an evaluation system about the property management degree of Customer satisfaction helps the property company to appraise and ameliorate service aright, thus improving the property management degree of satisfaction and increases their competitiveness of the property company. It is a vital significance to the property management company's long-term development.This article analyses the property management's development course and present situation in Province Anhui, elaborates the basic concept about the degree of Customer satisfaction. Through the contents and characteristic feature of the property management, referring to the former appraisal system, consulting the expert and the administrative person, questioning owner suggestions, the author determined the target about property management customer degree of satisfaction evaluation system, and determined the different target weight, thus established the property management customer degree of satisfaction target appraisalsystem. In this foundation, the author calculated the property management synthesis customer degree of satisfaction as wellas all levels of target customer degree of satisfaction with Analytic Hierarchy Process. This investigation discoveredkey aspects that the inhabitant dissatisfied the property management, and put forwardthe pointed proposal that would improve the property management level of the property company.
