In this study, we analyzed the role of the Zymolytic Grain Extract (ZGE) inaging of C.elegans including lifespan, self-brood size, body length to changes inenvironmental conditions such as heat stress, ultraviolet radiation stress, stimulus:FUDR. We found that ZGE was sufficient to rescue stress resistance, increaselongevity:1. ZGE-feeding group(6.5mg/mL) can prolong lifespan by an average of79.2%compared to control group in1kJ/m2dose of UV, and the movement trial ismore close to the sine curve;2. ZGE can improve the ability of nematode resistanceto stress: ZGE-feeding group significantly prolongs survival time by an average of29.9%compared to control group in35℃.3. Compared with control, theZGE-feeding group all the eggs hatch, On the condition that FUDR prevents thehatching of eggs. Suggesting the ZGE has the effect of inhibiting FUDR.4. When theconcentration of FUDR is400μM, the ZGE-feeding group can prolong lifespan byan average of42.1%compared to control group and ZGE-feeding group can developinto adult.Suggesting the ZGE has the effect of inhibiting FUDR (50μM). |
