Efficient development of whole oil field which is ultra low permeability is the need ofnational development strategy,is the basics of Changqing Oilfield Company oil and gasequivalent to fifty million tons. Different efficient development technology and method oflow permeability oilfield in middle, high permeability, percolation mechanism don’t obey theDarcy, three oil is not suitable for the high water cut stage. Benefit the development process isthe need to maintain a clear understanding. Gradually turned to the development of lowpermeability oil field situation in the country’s oil reserves, the research of efficientdevelopment technology of extra low permeability at middle-high water cut stage is moreimportantThe methods used in this research are: Fine reservoir description technology;Study onthe residual oil distribution;Enhanced oil recovery technology;To improve the technicalefficiency of oilfield development; Comprehensive control technology in middle-latedevelopment stage of Oilfield;Optimization of the whole reservoir development technology。This analysis of the Panguliang oilfield Chang6reservoir of petroleum geologicalcondition, the analysis of logging data, the area of the oil test data, production history anddynamic data, dynamic monitoring data, analyze the main problems at present of remainingoil distribution, development characteristics and status of the reservoir, reservoir at presentexistence, put forward the development adjustment scheme and the specific implementationmeasures, and analyses the results evaluation.
