In this paper, main studies were as follows:(1)The mice’s hyperlipidemiamodel were established by trans fatty acids,to study the effects of trans fatty acidson insulin resistance in hyperlipidemic mice(.2)The model of hyperlipidemia wereintervention bywater-soluble dietary fiber corn bran,water-insoluble corn bran and water-solubledietary fiber:water-insoluble dietary fiber=1:3,to investigate the effect of threedifferent doses of corn dietary fiber in inducing insulin resistance of hyperlipidemicmice.(3)The model of hyperlipidemia were intervention by inulin, to investigateand compare the effect of three different doses of the inulin and corn bran dietaryfiber c in inducing insulin resistance of hyperlipidemic mice.(1)Research of trans fatty acids on insulin resistance of hyperlipidemic miceThe30mice were adaptive feeding for one week, then randomly divided intothree groups: group C(control group), HF group(HF group) and TFA group(10%trans fatty diet group). Weekly weighed and recorded the weight of mice. After five weeks, the mice were prohibited eating for24h, blooded from theorbital, and measured serum triglyceride(TG),total cholestero(lTC),low densitylipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholestero(lHDL-C),Fasting insulin(FIN),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD).Blooded from tail, and measured the fasting blood glucose(FBG). Autopsied and removed abdominalfat tissue of mice, weighed and recorded. Calculated the ratio of abdominal fat, atherogenic index(AI),insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR),insulin sensitivityindex(ISI) and pancreatic β-cell function (HOMA-β).HF group: TC>5.72, TG>1.70. TFA group: TC>5.72, TG>1.70,HDL-C<0.9. Group HF and TFA’s model of hyperlipidemic mice is successful. Butcompared with HF group, the indicators of TFA group were very significantdifferent (p<0.01). It sees that the TFA are more likely to cause hyperlipidemia. The test told us,TFA can significantly improve the body weight of mice, andit mainly caused obesity of abdominal.TFA can increase FBG, FIN and HOMA-IR significantly p<0.01), anddecrease HOMA-β,ISI and T-SOD significantly(p <0.01).(2)Effects of dietary fiber from corn husk on insulin resistance prevention intrans fatty acids-fed miceThe model of hyperlipidemia were intervention by low, medium and highdoses of water-soluble corn bran dietary fiber(SDF),water-insoluble corn brandietary fiber (IDF)and corn bran SDF:IDF=1:3. Weekly weighed and recordedthe weight of mice. Four weeks later, after the mice were prohibited eating for24h,blooded and tested TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,T-SOD,FIN and FBG. CalculatedAI, HOMA-IR, HOMA-β and ISI.From the experiment,we know that different doses of SDF,IDF and SDF:IDF=1:3could reduce the body weight,FBG,FIN,HOMA-IR and improve ISI,HOMA-β,T-SOD of mice in different degrees. All of the intervention group: SDF: IDF=1:3> SDF> IDF. Each dosecompared: high dose>medium dose>low dose. Comprehensive, high doses ofSDF:IDF=1:3works best.(3)Effects of inulin on insulin resistance prevention in trans fatty acids-fed miceThe model of hyperlipidemia were intervention by low, medium and highdoses of inulin. Five weeks later, after the mice were prohibited eating for24h,blooded and tested T-SOD,FIN and FBG. Calculated HOMA-IR,HOMA-β and ISI.Inulin can reduce FBG,HOMA-IR,ISI and improve HOMA-β. The high-dosegroup worked best, and were more effective than the same dose of corn bran dietaryfiber.
