The sugarcane industry is developed in Guangxi, and the by-products of the sugarcane industry such as molasses alcohol waste liquid and caudate lobe, they all have a large amount and can bring serious pollution to the environment. However, there are large amounts of nutrients which are needed by the plants to grow in them. This study attempts to using molasses alcohol waste liquid and sugarcane caudate lobe as raw materials to produce humic acid organic fertilizer by suitable microorganism fermentation, Which helps to reduce the environmental pollution and achieve resource utilization. The main experimental results in this study are as follows:The humic acid content is affected by the fermentation of different strains. Three high-yielding strains of humic acid were selected through the single strain fermentation experiments, and they were Trichoderma viride (9.75%), White rot fungi(9.08%), Bacillus megaterium(8.66%) in turn. At last, the mixed fermentation of the three high-yielding strains was determined to produce humic acid organic fertilizer after the two and three strains fermentation experiments. Making use of the above three strains to produce humic acid organic fertilizer by fermenting sugarcane molasses alcohol waste liquid and sugarcane caudate lobe, according to the content of humic acid, the optimum conditions of this study were confirmed by means of single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The last results were as follows:6days of fermentation time, temperature28℃,18°Bx and pH6.0of sugarcane molasses alcohol waste liquid, solid-liquid ratio1:3, the proportion of inoculation of White rot fungi, Bacillus megaterium and Trichoderma viride was1:1:2, total inoculum size12%, In the above optimal conditions, HA content reached15.61%, and increased by45.48%than before optimization, and the fermentation time had a significant effect on the content of humic acid through the analysis of variance. And then, the other major components in the fermentation products were determined, its contents of N, P, K were relatively high, and the test results were as follows:1.124mg/g,0.218mg/g,4.957mg/g.In the germination rate experiment of alfalfa seed, the germination rate of alfalfa seeds in the experimental groups was more than80%, which was basically the same as the control groups’. So it can be initially proved that the fermented humic acid organic fertilizer was safe. In the pot experiment of sugarcane, the stem diameter, plant height, plant weight, sugar brix, total chlorophyll content, soluble protein content in leaves, soluble protein content in ternodes, soluble sugar content in leaves and soluble sugar content in stem were31.02mm,325.52cm,2.46kg,23.5°Bx、116.52mg/g、0.8618mg/g、0.1681 mg/g、44.65mg/g and155.55mg/g, which were8.23%、8.92%、27.46%、15.76%、63.70%、45.01%、39.97%、65.92%and20.83%more than the control groups’. The experimental results showed that the application of the fermented humic acid organic fertilizer could effectively increase the production, extend the photosynthesis, and improve the quality of the sugarcane.
