Since the PuⅠ1-3oil layer in Xingbei development zone turned to polymer floodingproduction stage, many problems have begun to emerge due to the different adaptation indifferent oil layers. Development conditions are obviously different between reservoirs,polymer solution advances slowly in some layers and the development effect is not obvious.So it is necessary to carry out studies on reasonable injection capability of polymer floodingand to analyze the seepage velocity of different polymer solutions in reservoirs.This paper analyzed core data of Xingbei development zone and distinguished thesedimentary characteristics, sandstone thickness, permeability and porosity of different layers.Relative amounts of rock mineral composition in different reservoir conditions were obtainedafter the analysis of a large amount of core data.Polymer solution injection experiments were carried out with the polymer mothersolution diluted by sewage and compared with solution diluted by clear water. According tothe actual production situation, the results of constant voltage experimental scheme werecloser to the actual than normal constant velocity experimental scheme. The injectioncapability of polymer flooding of PuⅠ1-3oil layer was researched by carried out theinjection experiments on injecting different parameter combinations of polymer solution inartificial cores and natural cores. And injection capability boundaries were divided whichcould provide the basis and the reference of the choice of polymer for the actual production.
