In the polymer flooding process, the function of polymer played a crucial role to improve the flushing efficiency. To ensure the effect of polymer flooding, polymer flooding process generally use low salinity water for preparation of polymer solution. However, with the polymer flooding to extend of industrialization, more and more fresh water is consumed, but also the problem is caused excess of produced water by efflux. This is led to directly the waste of water resources and serious environmental pollution. In order to solve this problem, so that oil can be recycled wastewater, produced water polymer solution flooding is hot on EOR areas of research, this method is efficient, environmentally friendly, energy saving and other features to enhance oil recovery, save water, reduce environmental pollution, its wider application prospects. However, the current domestic and international attention on the water with the application of polymer flooding mainly in water for preparation of water fresh, the direct use of produced water injection in oil fields with the application of small. So look for a suitable large-scale oil fields with high function produced water with injection of the polymer is great significance.In this paper, we analyzed the various factors which the impact of produced water is the apparent viscosity of different polymer, We propose to improve the function of polymer approach to the injection produced water with polymer flooding problemsIn this paper, we used acrylamide, AMPS, functional reagents as the main raw material, to synthesize the hydrophobic groups of associating polymers by micelles polymerization process, to the orthogonal factors analysis we optimized reaction conditions and increased yield. We further confirmed its structure by infrared spectroscopy. On this basis, we analyzed the basic physical and chemical properties on the new polymer synthesized, such as solubility, heat resistance, salt resistance and shear resistance, to ensure the new polymers with more good shear resistance temperature salt.This paper focuses on the synthesis of new polymers with produced water injection in oil field flooding in the application is evaluated. in the application evaluation as polymer with injection produced water flooding, We are equipped with produced water injection of viscoelastic, rheology and oil test drive and found the solution concentration, the critical aggregation concentration, salinity and temperature affect polymer solution with produced water and viscoelastic rheological properties of the important factors; core flow tests showed that the same flow rate conditions, the higher the concentration of polymer solution, molecular weight greater or smaller degree of mineralization, the higher the pressure, the more oil displacement good. The results show that:the preparation of new polymer with produced water after a good compatibility with the reservoir, the reservoir has higher viscosity oil effective, recovery increased 7.25%.
