Molybdenum disulfide nanofilms with the similar structure of graphene, and has a unique optoelectronic properties, has important application value in the application of new inorganic functional materials.Molybdenum disulfide nano thin film with the similar structure of graphene, and has a unique optoelectronic properties, has important application value in the application of new inorganic functional materials. This article in view of the current regulation of molybdenum disulfide nano film on the morphologies and sizes of the difficulties of the research work carried out. The main results are as follows:(1) By chemical vapor deposition(CVD) film prepared by multilayer molybdenum disulfide. Research indicates the MoS2 film adjusting reaction time can obtain two kinds of morphologies of diamond and triangle. Diamond films with thickness of 115 nm, the size is 15×15μm2, triangle film thickness 12 nm, size of 5μm2.(2) By changing the reaction source was prepared four layer of molybdenum disulfide nano thin film and analysis of its optical properties. The research results show that the four layer of MoS2 morphology is triangular in shape, size of 1.6μm2, thickness of 2.8nm. In the Raman spectra of the MoS2 layers are verified, and finally got the light in the vicinity of the 670 nm layer of MoS2 less peculiar.
