Plasma is a typical electromagnetic medium, one of the significant characters of the plasmas is that plasmas can support a large number of wave modes. The properties of plasma waves and the nonlinear effects are the key research areas and the foundation for technical applying in plasma physics. A large number of observations show that the system of the plasma generally include the charged dust grains that widely exists in space, laboratory and industrial production.Obviously, the nonlinear interaction of the wave-wave and wave-grain will be significantly affected by the special properties of the charged dust grains in dusty plasma, thus it will show the different physical properties in many ways with the classical plasma. This paper mainly studies the influence of non-classical properties on the dust acoustic wave modes in dusty plasma. Our results show that the physical pictures of the influence of the non-classical properties on the dust acoustic wave modes, it will provide the theoretical support for the interpretation of the space and laboratory observations.Firstly, we give a brief introduction about the basic content of dusty plasma physics, such as dusty plasma concepts, fundamental research methods, dust-ion acoustic waves and dust acoustic waves and so on. In the second and third chapters, the influences of charging effects and strongly coupled effects of the dust grains on linear and nonlinear dust acoustic waves are studied in quantum dusty plasmas. In the forth chapter, the linear and nonlinear dust acoustic waves with polarization force effects in Kappa plasmas is studied.
