Study On Pan-pearl Angle Regional Cooperation & The Developmental Strategy Of Jiangxi's Open Economy

At the moment,with the background of economic globalization & the unification of regional economy,China has entered a wholy new open environment. Jiangxi is a relatively less developed province where the economy is developing very slowly.One main reason is that Jiangxi's open economy is growing slower than most of the other provinces.Judging from the historical experiences & the current situation,Jiangxi can oexpand its developmental space & realize its aim of rising first among the middle only through developing the open economy so as to spread its influence to the whole country or even the whole world.Jiangxi's open economy is a systematic project which involves the content & strategy of the open economy as well as the entire open economic environment.To study Jiangxi's open economy has become the fundamental concern both of the academy & the government.Starting from the history of the open economy,this thesis gives a review on the content of the open economy & indexes of the openness degree.It has also constructed an appraisal index system of the degree of the open economy.By applying the index system,it systematically analyses the status quo of Jiangxi's open economy with three sections:foreign trade,foreign capital & foreign economy.It concludes with the characteristics & problems of the three engines of Jiangxi's open economy.After the proposal of pan -pearl angle cooperation,Jiangxi's open economy will be developed in a brandnew regional cooperative open environment where it will face more opportunities.This article discusses and reviews on the theory & practice of the pan-pearl regional cooperation & analyses the feasibility & prospect of it from three perspectives:the differences of the industrial structure, the complementarity conditions of the naturally endowed resources, the international trend of regional economic integration & the governmental support.
