In nowadays when the economy globalization has been realized, facing severe market competition, the integrated evaluation of project plays a more and more important role in the investment decision and management. It is not only the significant means to improve the investment profit of project, lower investment risks, optimize the resource allocation and fully utilize the resources, but also an action of importance to embody the scientification, civilization, regularization and legalization of national macro-economy on the investment decision and management of project.
