With the constant deepening of our economic system reform, esp. management systemreform of investment, and the end of the transitive period of entering WTO, how to integrateproject management with the international practice and realize the scientific process andmodernization of management has caused more and more attention in the industry. The projecthas already become the important composition factor of present economic development of ourcountry, at the same time good implement has been cared about by the country and enterprises.The project management is not merely effective method of management to a large-scale,complicated project, and also has already become a kind of major method and main form ofenterprise's organization and management in the 21st century.As to large-scale construction enterprise, existing project management method has beenalready impractical, duet to the project's heavy scale, high investment and complicatedtechnology. Organization of project mode is one of the key factors of success or failure of theproject, a foundation of realizing systematized management of the project and the importantinsurance of realizing the investment return.This paper revolves the master line of the construction project management. From theangle of owner's building project management, according to the theory of the combination withtheory and reality, the paper has firstly analyzed the construction project management modecommonly used in the developed countries, four of which have been contrasted. Then, thedevelopment course of project management at home has been analyzed;combined themanagement current situation of the domestic and international industry and project reality,the paper has made the choice to the management mode of Teda's football ground project andexamined it in practice.
