Human capital is the key factor to the enterprise existence and development in the knowledge-based economic age. The importance of human capital will be embodied more. Employee -leaving is a general phenomenon with economy developing, especially in IT enterprise. The number of turnover cases the frequency and the influences have caused many problems and attracted more and more attention.IT enterprise is a kind of enterprise specially produced knowledge, Its essential characteristics make it having strong dependence on human capital. Because innovation, information and technology have more and more been component part of product, at the same time, the development of enterprise depends heavily on ability of creating knowledge and technical level, besides, the human capital is supporter of knowledge and technology ,so it has been the strategic resource of enterprise.On analyzing the specific era-endowed feathers of IT enterprises so called trend-maker in the age of knowledge economy using the theory of Employee -flow and the model of the cost of Employee -subrogation, the thesis comes to a summary on issues of the apparent features of talents in IT enterprise and matters that should be paid attention to on HR management as well as the praxis of Employee -leaving of IT enterprises. This thesis used game theory to analyze the problem of Employee -leaving in IT enterprise and gave several methods.The first part of thesis is the introductory part which introduces the background, significance and the way of study and the main contents of this article. Then it reviews the present situation of Employee -leaving in Chinese IT enterprise, introduces some basic theory of human capital. And reviews and analyzes the present situation of Employee -leaving in Chinese IT enterprise. The most important segment is the part that uses Game theory to analyze the losing of human capital in Chinese, and provides several advice and countermeasures to the present situation of Employee -leaving in Chinese IT enterprise.
