An Empirical Study On Influence Factors Of Technical Knowledge Creation In R&D Team

As the era of knowledge economy is coming, new knowledge's creation is veryimportant to the development of a corporation or an organization. In a dynamic andconstant transforming environment, corporations' ability of persistently creatingknowledge lies in its ability of surveying various factors in or out organizations, sowe should make it clear what are the general influence factors of knowledge creation.This paper is on the basis of studying domestic and international research papersabout the influence factors of knowledge creation since the middle period of the1990s. Eight influence factors of knowledge creation are summarized systematicallyand a theory analysis to these influence factors from the view of behavior subjects,objective factors, the environment, knowledge capital and outside influence factorsthat might involve in. Under theory analysis, I put forward the research mode andresearch supposal. Combined with the theory of knowledge creation's process, thepaper put forward the influence factors' theory frame model of knowledge creation.The paper use questionnaire investigation combined with statistical analysis tocarry on the empirical study. According to the empirical study, this paper proves thatfive key factors influence the knowledge creation's level a lot. Under this research,the paper has carried on further investigation on four courses of knowledge creation,identified four courses' key influence factors and discussed the inner relation betweenevery course of knowledge creation and key factors.Through the empirical analysis to influence factors of knowledge creation's level,I put forward management system frame of knowledge creation to how to manageand how to accelerate knowledge creation. According to the process of knowledgecreation, management system of knowledge creation is divided into managementsystem of repository, control system of knowledge creation's process, evaluationsystem of knowledge. The suggestion is put forward to how to establish managementsystem frame of knowledge creation.
