Today human society has entered into a knowledge area, and knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional production factors and becoming the most important resources of the organization. With the intensifying market competition, organizations to win or to maintain competitive advantage must use existing knowledge more efficiently and timely access to more new knowledge, and to achieve the knowledge reconstruction and the purpose of knowledge innovation, and thus more conducive to competition. As knowledge dispersed in the different individuals and teams of the organization, to maximize the role of knowledge must transfer knowledge. Effective knowledge transfer of scientific and technological innovation team has become an important way to improve organizational innovation capability. The university is a concentration of talent and subject, is an important resource of knowledge innovation, and studying the influencing factors of the university scientific and technological innovation team is more valuable.Analyzing knowledge transfer between individuals or between individual and team of the university scientific and technological innovation team and talking about influencing factors of knowledge transfer of university scientific and technological team is good for enriching and perfecting the knowledge structure for team members or team. Then the knowledge value of the individuals or the team is enhanced, so that which is more conducive to improving the innovative capability of an individual or team, as well as competitiveness. Through the study of literature at home and abroad, there is a fact that the study of knowledge transfer was just stuck in the theoretical research of concepts and influence factors, empirical research is little. Thesis first proposed the research background, research significance and innovative point of this topic, through the literature review summarized the basic meaning of the team, the concepts and classifications of knowledge transfer, summed up the knowledge transfer research of domestic and foreign scholars. On this basis, thesis analyzed the characteristics of university scientific and technological innovation team and organizational structure, and explored the dynamic mechanism and path of knowledge transfer of university scientific and technological innovation, and summed up the influencing factors of knowledge transfer of university scientific and technological innovation team and established the corresponding transfer model. Finally, according to the influencing factors, university scientific and technological innovation team knowledge transfer indicator system was established and questionnaire was designed, and survey results were analyzed using STATA statistical software.
