Pump-controlled-motor system, due to its peculiarities of high-efficiency, low heat, long lifespan, small moment of inertia and quick response, is applicable for the field of high speed and huge power. Furthermore, it is both in military and civilian field.The measure and control system in industrial production is a director. Getting various from production site, using the scientific rules and the practice of systems engineering, integrated and effective using the advanced technology and equipment, it optimize the every link of production by self-control means thereby ensuring the standardization of production, improving product quality, reducing costs, safe production. With the development of computer technology, the micro-computer technology was taken into the measure and control system. It not only can solve that the conventional control system can not solve, but also can simplify the circuit, increase or enhance the function, improve control precision and reliability, significantly enhance the automation and intelligence.The paper's mask is the second development about the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure and flow control system of Chang'an University Mechatronics Laboratory, to finish Pump-controlled-motor experiment. This paper introduces the principle of hydraulic part first, then,based on Advantech IPC and Mitsubishi PLC Q61-A1 design and build measure and control system. This paper analyzes the IPC,PLC, sensors and various types of proportional amplifier's work and link relations. According to the data acquisition card PCI-1713's control operation and working principle, determine the link between data acquisition card and secondary instrument. Through the analysis of PLC-726 and principle of proportional amplifier, ensure the controlling signals load correctly. Finally, based on LabVIEW virtual instrument provide the software system design. The software includes three modules:the controlling part, acquisition part and data storage, reasonable software make the measure and control system hardware of the whole Pump-controlled-motor system is integrity.This paper has designed and built the measure and control system hardware of Pump-controlled-motor system, and proposed software design. This paper will provide some reference value to the follow-up study of Pump-controlled-motor system.
