This paper studied the robust decentralized control problem for Large-Scale system of uncertainty. First, the development of robust control theory and linear matrix inequality(LMI)method are reviewed;and then several differernt types of uncertain systems with time-delay are studied, with their robust stability conditions and the design method of robust controoler. Specific results are as follow:Firstly, for a class of Large-Scale systems of uncertain interconnected time delay, considering the feature of the systems: uncertainty and time varying delay. Then discussesing the sufficient condition of the robust stability of the systems, and the robust memoryless state-feedback controllers are given by proved, and corresponding proof in certain degree guarantees the system state-feedback controller with smaller feedback gain. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the efficiency of the obtained result.Secondly, the decentralized fault-to lerant robust stabilization and guaranteed cost problem for large-scale uncertain interconnected systems with time varyingdelays is studied, the design of linear memoryless state feedback controller is derived,so the closed-loop systems for all admissible uncertainties and given actuator collection actuator fault guarantee the stability and reliability of the systems.A new method called integral inequality method(IM) is prorosed to study the delay-dependent robust stability and stabilization for linear systems with multiple time-varying delays and norm-bounded uncertainties.A new robust criterion of delay and its derivation dependent for determ in the stability of systems with time-varying delays is obtained.
