Research Of Embedded Wireless Data Acquisition Module Based On ZIGBEE Technology

With the development of industry, data collecting system arranged flexibly in a wide place and wireless transmission become hot in industrial technology in recent years. Its running cost and dynamic allocation of the communication capacity have limits in specific areas of long distant data transmission. We notice that traditional wireless transmission technology in industrial data collecting and monitoring system is inadequate. We have to explore new technology which is very important. This subject will use the emerging technology called Zigbee to make a wireless data acquisition module and monitoring system.Zigbee is the standard made to low-rate wireless personal area network. It is mainly used in low-rate electronics within a short distance. It is a wireless network technology. It has the feature of low complexity, low power, low cost and low-data-transfer-rate. It is applied mainly in industrial control, consumer electronics, agricultural automation and medical device control.This dissertation introduces the wireless communication technology and it introduces embedded system and wireless sensor network as also. I do research on the embedded wireless data acquisition module based on Zigbee. This dessertation introduce in details how to design the embedded wireless data acquisition module. It includes the selects of hardware, design of peripheral circuits and design of software. It finally makes the construction of wireless data acquisition module and makes the data wirelessly transmitted. I make summary and outlook at the end of the paper.
