SAP And Other Systems Integration Interface Technolog Research

The efficiency and the accuracy of cost calculation for the internal price approval have to be improved greatly. As the existing manual calculation can not completely meet the requirements of the company's internal management, therefore, in order to inhance the internal management and support the finance department business well, the financial optimization system was developed.With the imPlementation of the SAP system,Enierpnse'information level has been developed greatly, but after many years of infonnation construction;enterpnses have constructed a number of applieation systetms for different department and different application. These applieation systems have greatly inereased the level of accurate and timely of the information system,but because these information system is separate designed for different need,SAP system and these information system can't be effeetively share business proeess and information,they can't work together effeetively,with the inereasingly of intensified competition,enterprises need to eliminate these system islands urgently,so they can be both independent of each other and work together effectively.Different applications will have to be integrated into a complete enterprise class information technology environment;they also can communicate with other enterprises.Combining with actual enterprise information management, this paper used a large number of examples and financial business suite for the presentation.For the financial business optimization, information cost accounting, automatic generating profit statements, profits analysis, graphical said on supplier are all included in this system. At the same time, three SAP interface technology are also analyzed and studied.By calling the BAPI interface in ABAP program of the SAP system, automatic transmission of the master data has been achieved. By calling the SAP standard BAPI interface in the external JAVA program,SAP system users could be added and checked,and the interface technology between SAP and external program could also be verified,The SAP Web Servie technology,which could be called by the external program,is developed to provide a more advanced and feasible method of SAP interface invoke.This paper has high reference value in improving the management level of enterprises, optimizing the business processing and enhacing the competitiveness of the corporation.
