Design And Implementation Of Working Plan System In Henan Unicom

Telecom operators'everday operation is based upon complex telecom network and its supporting network. A telecom operator have to carry out everyday's routine network maintenance work plan which were based on maintenance procedures to keep the network in safety and stability. Along with the increasing complexity of network in Henan Unicom, the company is urgent to find a new maintenance and management measure to normalize its fundamental management which would help raise service quality and network management level.Based upon this, this paper detailed the design and implementation of Working Plan System of Henan Netcom(hereinafter referred as WPS-HNUNI),as for now,the system has been deployed in Henan Netcom.The structure of this paper is divided into five parts, task relative research, requirements analysis,design and implementation,software test, finally the conclusion of the paper. In task relative research, the paper expatiate the reason of why to choose this task,list some concepts and current situation of modern sofeware technology, and give the goal and meaning of WPS-HNUNI. And the paper first described the telecommunications operation support system and related working plan module, a detailed analysis of domestic and foreign research and development trends, with emphasis on analysis of the project involves the development of key technologies, including. NET technology, SOA development framework, AOP design patterns, ORM technology and components.Secondly,the requirement analysis lay emphasis on business requirements, user requirements, core functional requirements, data requirements and stakeholders'requirements analysis. In design and implementation part, this paper dilate the database design, software structure design and Ul design on a bottom-to-top principle. Finally this paper, this paper give a specific testing procedure and content, and through analysis of test run to verify the system stability and reliability.
