The development and application of software develop rapidly. Software has to be redeveloped while requirement changes, so the repetitiveness rate of the software is very low. The major research project of this paper is how to improve the repetitiveness of the software by using software architecture to achieve higher efficiency.By learning and analyzing the architecture technology of software, the method to support and solve information platform building through software architecture is grasped. An open information platform based on SOA is constructed by use of the idea of SOA architecture technology, which is used to try to solve problems of information islands and low repetitiveness of information system.Firstly, the thesis analyzes current technologies that can be used to construct SOA architecture, choosing from numerous Web service technologies and enterprise service bus, a Supporting technology, which is adapt to research project environment, is used to construct a service-oriented platform. During the progress of constructing platform, based on Ministry of Communications Yangtze Channel fees Levying and Management System and HuBei Province Water Route Administrative Fees Levying System, appropriate ESB and Web service contains are selected to construct a basic SOA configuration platform. Secondly, based on this information platform, by reconstructing two systems aforementioned and bringing them onto this platform, a united E-government information system is formed.Furthermore, in the context of researching on the building and publishing mechanism of the Web service, a method that can package module of the original system to Web service is explored. At last, modules that need to provide service are packaged by means of this method. These function modules are wrapped to Web service, other systems could use the service while it is published. Service published on the platform can be managed unitarily and simply, and systems on the platform can relate to each other and information can be shared.While building system on built platform, service published on the platform can be used, so the function of original system can be used conveniently, which improves the repetitiveness of the software and rapid developing is achieved. Experimental result shows that by using Web service packaging technology and SOA frame constructed by the paper, high efficiency of the enterprise application integration will be realized, and the problem of low repetitiveness of the software can also be solved excellently.
