At present, because modern enterprise management information system continues to evolve, office information management approach has gradually entered into should stage, previous work has not keep up with the current level of corporate governance, lack of human intelligence to maximize the potential, Many tedious and repetitive manual work needed to deal with, in which case the manual mode has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development under the new situation, the need to use new management methods and means to improve the efficiency of enterprises, SMEs currently have adopted various information technology means to achieve internal business workflow management.In this paper, the application of a company office automation management system design and development, as research, using computer technology to achieve the company’s internal management of the daily work and the work to make a more streamlined, more institutionalized, truly paperless office. In the use of workflow technology to design and implement the system is characterized by a core part of the system, and customize the system by describing the process node, receiving and processing documents to achieve easy and flexible workflow and expand the system function modules, based on the idea of software design This paper first analyze the system implementation methods and environments to determine the content in the realization of the function of the system requirements analysis, system functions including document management, email management, press releases management, information management, bulletin management, internal mailing list management, knowledge management and records management. Secondly, according to the function of the system analysis, the use of the system is divided into eight families of modular design approach, individual office management, cooperation and communication management, document management, administration, news bulletins management, knowledge management, document management module. Finally, the design of the system function UML modeling and business process abstract information into a data table structures and relationships, while oracle database for storage and management, in technology point of view, this system is based on B/S model to J2EE application technology MVC thinking and research capabilities of the system and technology, through system testing and optimization, the final completion of all tasks of this project. Due to the successful application of the system, for enterprises to build internal information processing platform and communication platform to improve the company’s office environment while increasing employee work efficiency and provide better supervision and management tools for leaders at all levels to promote the work of process automation management, and e-business management and standardization.
