| As one of the most important secondary equipments, the protective relay ensures the safety and stability of the power system. Strict commissioning is required during the relay's manufacturing.During commissioning of the protective relay, lots of works are completed manually, rather than automatically. Therefore, a useful automatic commissioning software is needed to improve the automation level and productive efficiency based on the present one.The commissioning principle and process of the protective relay commissioning system are researched, and the disadvantage of the present one is analyzed in the paper. Feasibility of the automatic commissioning software is studied, as well as several difficulties during the development. And these difficulties are how to realize the synchronization between the configuring parameters and commissioning process, how to simulate several files by groups during automatic commissioning, and how to transfer simulated data by commissioning device.The commissioning software is programmed in MARLAB, based on which, the interface provided by PW software could realize the automatic commissioning process from simulation to data output.The transient wave is accessed by driving MATLAB engine to improve the ability of outputting the transient wave. By making reasonable commissioning script, several tests can be completed at the same time, and protective relay automatic commissioning is realized.The software develops and realizes the commissioning system based on VC6.0. To meet different customer requirements, the automatic commissioning is realized on the basis of the PW commissioning software. |
