With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, more extensive application of the boiler.For the boiler control technology research has a wide range of economic value. To solve this problem of the graduate design focuses on the boiler control system based on PLC. The system is a simple distributed control system. With modern computer technology to realize centralized control of the boiler and decentralized management.This design mainly involves the use of WINCC configuration software real-time monitoring system of the boiler design procedure and development process, specifically including the system control center design, variable definitions, graphical interface, the production, dynamic object design, global scripts, as well as alarm systems and user management and project safety design. Finally on how to use PLC controller and how to use programming software step7 control procedures are briefly described in the editor.The design of the boiler system through the structure and process of system analysis, determine a reasonable system of monitoring programs, use of Siemens S7-300PLC as a site controller, the operation of the boiler using step7 for programming. The same time, with accompanying WINCC configuration software configuration work, the establishment of a human-machine interface for the exchange and to achieve communication between the PLC and the configuration software.Through the use of a remote computer, on-site boiler operation to achieve real-time monitoring and protection, and record the corresponding data.
