With the rapid development of modern industries, environmental pollution and energy crisis problems have become increasingly prominent, energy efficiency has become increasingly demanding around the whole world., Therefore, researching and developing industry boiler automatic control system with complete functions, better stability and capability, high-efficiency and energy-saving, adapt the need of production growth and have broad prospects for development and research value. Using intelligent control methods in the industry boiler control system can be able to increase thermal efficiency, reduce coal consumption, so it has good market development space.In this essay, in view of the user's actual scene situation of boiler hardware system, the control system working has been designed as manual and automatic two ways. Taking the industry ethernet, the field bus, PLC, the computer and the configuration software as the core, the DCS control system was designed. The structure plan and the system disposition were carried on according to the three structure patterns, three structure patterns are operation management level, process key-course and scene examination level. PLC procedure control and WinCC configuration monitoring design were completed and using OPC technology implementation to connection PLC and WinCC configuration software.In generally, industrial boiler control system can be divided into four subsystems which are leaving water temperature, Oxy-acetylene ratio, furnace negative pressure and entering water pressure. Based on the analyzing of the boiler object system characteristics, the whole controlling tactics was provided, using fuzzy PID control strategy on the leaving water temperature, fuzzy self-optimizing control strategy used in Oxy-acetylene ratio, using feedforward PID control on the furnace negative pressure, using PID control strategy on entering water pressure. The fuzzy PID controller was designed according to the characteristic of the object, and the detailed design process has been explained particularly. In the MATLAB environment, the boiler four control systems were simulated, the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID, fuzzy self-optimizing and feedforward PID control strategy have good control effect, there are more suitable for the industrial boiler control which is such a complex object.
