Financial Crisis in American had brought this world a deep influence to its economy system. The economy system in most of the countries encountered a obvious recession. China, as the luckiest country who suffered the least in the crisis, gained a rapid economic growth because of the stable inner economy and impressed the rest of the world by its strong economy status. The value of "conservative" in Chinese traditional had won a identification and attention from other countries. The stable economy also popularizes its culture in the world. The burst of this crisis also showed the development way of the culture industry of China. Like the republic of Korea in Asia'economic crisis in 1997, he grasp the chanced to adjust its industrial structure and realize the popularization of the PC game of "star craft". We also need to analyze the deep influence and constructive meaning that this crisis had brought us for our culture industry, make effort to find a proper way for our culture industry's development and raise the quality and quantity of our culture exporting, improve the comprehensive national strength by improving the soft power of "culture industry", help the world know much about China and improve our influence in the world.This thesis consists of three parts. The first part mainly talks about the present condition of our cross-culture communication in the traditional world economic order. This part brought out the topic that our culture industry is comparatively weak and our culture products lack of vitality. The second part talks about the new images happened to our culture industry since the economic crisis and analyze the factors behind that give the culture industry a new life, at the same time sums up all the positive significance that the crisis had brought us. The third part mainly analyze the proper development measures for our culture industry and cross-culture communication on the basis of all the gratifying phenomenon happened to our culture industry since the financial crisis. This part has a attempt to find a constructive guideline for the development of our culture industry by analyzing the new phenomenon happened before.
