The development of telecommunication network management along with the telecommunication network scale, capacity and technical sophistication of the equipment gradually developed. In recent years, communication network technology progress with each passing day, the network scale is continually expanding, the network complexity and flexibility greatly enhance,An urgent need to build strong, efficient, multi-vendor environments to adapt to the communication network management to ensure efficient communication networks, high-quality, safe and stable operation. Building an integrated network management target is based on the existing network management system, establish a multi-professional Centralized information processing to focus on integrated network management control platform, customer data and network equipment resources in an effective association, constructed network service management, establish a sound network management system to maintain control as the core to form a front-oriented, business-Response Center as the leading rapid response mechanism, Focus on improving market-oriented network operation management systems to bring high-quality, high reliability, high efficiency and low cost of maintenance goals. Common Agent System。CAS is the Integrated Network Management underlying support system, which stands for Common Agent System. Telecommunications equipment due to the current model of large amounts of large, widely distributed, for different types of network elements of access, data collection, analysis, processing both very different, giving the daily operation and maintenance of the telecommunications sector has brought many difficulties. The purpose of this sub-system designed to CAS is to resolve these differences, to provide a unified, flexible interface services to facilitate business systems for the upper data processing network elements to improve the efficiency of daily operation and maintenance.ChapterⅠoutlines:In this paper, the discussion of local fixed-line telecommunications industry, integrated network management system project background, domestic and international situation and the problems faced by its development and design, based on the analysis of the system demand, system requirements are described.ChapterⅡUNIX inter-process communication:The passage of the UNIX inter-process technology, describes the CAS in the process used in the process of communication technology.ChapterⅢof the CAS system requirements analysis:a needs analysis and systems. Were introduced to the CAS, the CAS must be completed to determine the function, while identifying a user's operating environment, the CAS proposed a complete, accurate, clear and specific requirements.Chapter IV CAS System Design:The CAS was architecture design. First, according to system requirements proposed system design objectives and principles, and then the overall structure of the system has been designed, given the overall structure of the CAS map and analyzed the composition of the system functions of each part. In accordance with that part of the structural framework to design systems, and the design of each module is described to illustrate the relationship between the various modules. In this part of the final details of the external process and internal modules inter-process interface.Chapter V detailed design of the CAS system:each module are discussed in the detailed design of each module is given the design goals, the program lists, flowcharts, the main function of the variable description and instructions. Chapter VI Integrated Network Management System Outlook:In this paper, the application of an integrated network management system and deficiencies are analyzed, and made recommendations to further improve the system.
